It’s the beginning of September and what better time to experiement with new recipes than now? Getting back into the swing of things after summer while we get back into a routine, back to mealprepping and pressing the reset button on our eating after many summer cocktails on our patios.
This past year of so I’ve made a really concentrated effort to try and mealprep more, and make life “easier” for myself to make good choices (more about this in a future post)… but one of my favourite accounts/ food blogs is HalfBakedHarvest. She always shares incredibly yummy recipes that are not only delicious but also pretty realistic and easy. When I saw her recipe for the browned butter sage gnocchi I was skeptical… but it turned out AMAZING and was really not that hard.
I will say, I definitely don’t call myself a cook but it was pretty yummy if I do say so myself (and my very hungry mom agreed postop as well). I’ve linked the recipe below for anyone who is interested in giving it a try, but I highly recommend!
